Coimpact Coliving Bruc is located at Calle Bruc 123, Barcelona.
This coliving has shared dormitories.

Coimpact Coliving Mallorca is located at Calle Mallorca 317, Barcelona.

Credit or debit card: You can pay your reservation with a credit or debit card.
Cash: You can pay your reservation in cash from the second month onwards.
Bank transfer: You can pay your reservation by bank transfer. Once we receive your online reservation, we will send you our bank details to make the transfer.
Paypal: You can pay your reservation through paypal. Once we receive your reservation, we will send you our paypal account to make the transfer.
Cryptocurrency: You can pay your reservation via different cryptocurrencies. To do this, choose the bank transfer payment method when making your reservation and write us an email to manager@sweetbcnapartments.com telling us that you would like to pay with this option.

• When making your reservation you will be asked for a credit or debit card as a guarantee.

Coimpact Coliving Bruc

• The reservation is charged 5 days before the arrival date and from that moment on, the reservation cannot be canceled or modified without penalty.
• If you make a reservation for more than one month, only the first monthly payment will be charged. The following monthly payments will be charged 5 days before the beginning of the month.

Coimpact Coliving Mallorca

• 15 days before your arrival date, you must pay a deposit. € 400 for private rooms, € 200 for shared dorms. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure.
• On the day of arrival, the payment of the first month will be paid.
• If you make a reservation for more than one month, only the first monthly payment will be charged. The following monthly payments will be charged the first day of each month.

Of course. Contact us as soon as you know you want to extend and our team will reply to you with our availability and rates. Remember that extending directly through us rather than 3rd party sites will always be cheaper for you.

At Coimpact Bruc, we ask you to give us a 5-day notice to end your stay without penalty.

At Coimpact Mallorca, the minimum stay is 31 days. After that period, giving 15 days advance notice, there is no penalty.

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an email with the arrival instructions.
We ask you to read the email carefully and indicate your arrival time in the city as soon as you know it. Our team will welcome you at the accommodation to welcome you to Coimpact Coliving and Barcelona.

Our guests must pay the Catalonia Tourism Tax of € 4,13 per person per night.
Only the first 7 nights are paid for stays less than 1 month.

Guests with arrival time after 9pm will have to pay an extra €10 for late arrival service.

Our housekeeping team cleans the common areas of the colivings everyday. 
In any case we ask our guests to help us maintain the coliving spaces clean and in order. 
You have the right to a change of sheets every week, free of charge, you just have to request it from our team and they will give them to you.
Both colivings have a coin-operated washer and dryer so you can wash your clothes.

You can rent a towel for only 2 euros.

Each coliving space has been thought and designed so that our guests have a comfortable space to carry out their personal and professional activities.
We also recommend to our Impacters (name of the guests of our community), to visit free coworking spaces in Barcelona.

We organize weekly events and keep our guests informed of cultural, networking and leisure activities in Barcelona. These events are a great way to meet the rest of the community.
