By staying with us, you have access to the content creation room, located in Coliving Bruc, 2 free hours per month. You can also visit said space and work from there without any limitation.

Payment and cancellation policy
- When making your reservation you will be asked for a credit or debit card as a guarantee.
- 15 days before your arrival date, you must pay a deposit. € 400 for private rooms, € 200 for shared dorms. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure.
- On the day of arrival, the payment of the first month will be paid.
- If you make a reservation for more than one month, only the first monthly payment will be charged. The following monthly payments will be charged the first day of each month.
Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time 14hrs.
- Check-out time 11hrs.
- Your personal information will only be used for the correct processing of your reservation.
- Coimpact Coliving is not responsible for events that are beyond its control.
- Guests with arrival time after 9pm will have to pay an extra €10 for late arrival service.
