The ideal home for digital nomads, foreign students, and remote workers. Coimpact Coliving Bruc is more than a “standard” coliving, it is a community that will support you in your personal and professional growth, and in which you will evolve in your social conscience.
The coliving has a spacious living room which connects with a bright interior balcony that is very characteristic of modernist flats in Barcelona. This same living room has famous Nolla hydraulic tiles, similar to those you will find in Gaudí’s Casa Batlló, an authentic jewel of Catalan architecture.
The fully equipped kitchen with enough storage spaces for all guests connects directly to the dining room. The coliving also has a content creation room to which you have 2 hours of free access monthly.
There are mixed dormitories for 4 and 6 people and a female dormitory for 6 people.
The team is available 24 hours a day to give you the information and help you may need to prepare your stay in Barcelona. We will give you our contact number 24 hours a day so you can talk to us for whatever you need. You can enjoy all our services by staying in the best coliving in Barcelona.
We are a professional and multicultural team, we will make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant.
If you arrive in town early or have a delayed flight, you can safely leave your luggage for free. We also offer a left-luggage service for a longer period of time.

Payment and cancellation policy
- When making your reservation you will be asked for a credit or debit card as a guarantee.
- The reservation is charged 5 days before the arrival date and from that moment on, the reservation cannot be canceled or modified without penalty.
- If you make a reservation for more than one month, only the first monthly payment will be charged. The following monthly payments will be charged the first day of each month.

- Check-in time 14hrs.
- Check-out time 11hrs.
- Your personal information will only be used for the correct processing of your reservation.
- Coimpact Coliving is not responsible for events that are beyond its control.
- You must pay the Catalunya tourist tax of € 4,13 per person and night. Only for guests over 16 years old and only the first 7 nights of the stay are paid.
- Guests with arrival time after 10pm will have to pay an extra €10 for late arrival service.
